The Balcony Studio is on the 2 nd storey and is accessed via stairs, it has a bath and shower, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, all in one large room with a huge private balcony allowing for a amazing view of the ocean and Phillip Island.
